Privacy Policy — Kiddos Cash

Kiddos Cash ("the App," "we," "us," "our") helps parents track children's cash balances and, optionally, award stars and rewards. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum information needed to operate the App.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information you provide

We collect only what you enter into the App:

  • Parent/guardian email and login information
  • Child nickname (optional — parents may enter anything)
  • Cash entries (deposits, allowances, spending, IOUs)
  • Optional stars and reward information
  • Optional invited parent/guardian email for shared access

We do NOT collect age, birthday, or sensitive personal information.

B. Automatic device and diagnostic data

  • Device type (e.g., iPhone model)
  • App version
  • Crash logs and basic analytics to improve performance

We do NOT collect precise location, contacts, photos, or files.

2. No Ads / No Tracking

Kiddos Cash does:

  • NOT display ads
  • NOT sell personal information
  • NOT use tracking or advertising networks

There is no data monetization.

3. Virtual Currency (Stars / Virtual Cash Balances)

The App includes star tracking and optional reward conversion.

  • Stars, rewards, and balances shown in the App are virtual representations only
  • They are not real currency, not stored value, and cannot be used outside the App
  • Any cash value assigned to stars is defined and fulfilled by the parent, not Love, Cole LLC

4. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate the App and maintain your account
  • To sync data securely between devices and invited guardians
  • To improve reliability and performance
  • To provide support if you contact us

We do NOT use your data for advertising or marketing.

5. Data Sharing

We only share data with trusted service providers that help us operate the App (e.g., secure cloud database, authentication provider).

These providers are not allowed to sell or use your data for their own purposes.

We may share data only if required by law.

6. Data Storage, Security & Retention

  • Data is stored securely in modern cloud infrastructure
  • Data is encrypted in transit and protected by authentication
  • We keep your data only while your account is active

7. Account & Data Deletion (Required by App Store)

You may delete your account at any time from:

Settings → Delete Account

When deleted:

  • Your parent account is removed
  • Child nickname(s), balances, stars, and rewards are permanently deleted

Deletion cannot be undone.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments are processed by Apple/Google — not by Love, Cole LLC.

We do not have access to or store payment card details.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended to be used by parents and guardians.

  • A parent must create the account
  • Children cannot create accounts or log in
  • Any child data is entered and controlled by the parent

If we learn that a child created an account without parental consent, we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Your continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
